This is frustrating... People are telling me I'm looking slimmer; I can see some of the muscle tone gains; but the weight hasn't budged!

I know it'll start kicking-in more quickly right around day 60--but still... It's sometimes hard to maintain the intensity and motivation when the scale is you're enemy.
