Y'all!! I got on the scale this morning expecting my weight to be a bit up since I didn't poo at all yesterday (but not feeling constipated) and was shocked when it had me under 140!! It was 139.4! That's a full pound less than yesterday!! Holy smokes! I have eaten pretty low carb (for me) since Monday and have exercised 3 days so far this week. I guess that's helped. I don't normally lose this quickly, which I'm ok with, but when it does happen, it is nice. Hope y'all have a fantastic Friday and keep on trucking through the process!!
