I’m so tired of dieting lol So bored I guess, without all the “bad” foods. I can barely force myself to eat my meals. They are tasty but I just don’t want to eat it -______-

I understand that feeling. I tell myself when feeling this way that I was more than happy to eat the same ol thing over and over again when I wasn’t eating for my health...just the same old fast food and restaurant joints in rotation. That being said, variety is the key to endurance for most, so spend an evening researching some new food combos (even a snack) that excites you!
