Hmmm holding at this weight but not going down any! I definitely feel the effects of not logging my food in. It really REALLY is a great tool that does keep a person on track. The summer has been tough to do this as its kinda a relaxing seat of my pants time that I have been having!
My body feels like it is bigger than it is, even with just the addition of 3-5 extra lbs! Hopefully I can come back down and stay there.

I may just try a correction day tomorrow!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's amazing how used to this new weight we can get. It was just a few months ago that I was over 200lbs. Now I'm fitting into the cutest clothes! That's fun but I still have to look at myself without the cute clothes! I really want to get at least 15-20 lbs more off and really exercise to tighten up! I know you've done so well! Take care not to get too critical of yourself or too lax. There's a balance between the 2 extremes that we can find for ourselves to where we can enjoy eating and enjoy our bodies too!
