Not sure why i'm not losing more rapidly but maybe I need to start tracking my carb intake more closely (writing it down). I've gotten too comfortable! Started working out/exercising 7 days ago... I'm sure it will contribute to my efforts shortly :)
184.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week
