DistantMidget's Journal, 08 May 2018

OK so I got a lot disheartened when I found I'd not really lost much a couple of weeks back, then I got, well lets just say real poorly.
Very quickly I lost a lot of weight, enough data I feel.

So building on that I've been pretty good, I found that by not eating much for two days made a real difference, so that's what I'm trying to replicate now.

Today is salad and fruit day....
Lets see how it pans out.

For now I am real happy my scales say 17st 12lbs

My scales have not said 17st anything for four years.

I know how you feel, when my scales crept up to 17st i thought how the heck did that happen. now its sticking at 16st i get like you a bit disheartened & have a couple of eat all in sight days then get back on track. which for some strange reason seems to get the metabolism going again. but it took a long time to put it on so it will take time to take it off. So Keep On Rocking Girl & we Can get there eventually. so well done you

Ohh my God I've changed gender, I was a bloke when I came to work this morning jeangenie65! but seriously thank you for the thoughts and support, it is easy to get disheartened and you're defiantly right five years of eating badly took me from 15st 7 to my highest at 19st 10lbs, so it won't come off over night. :-) Regards Steve
