It's been a very hot weekend. We stayed inside as much as possible. We went to the farmers market, zoo and the Science center. We got some delicious yellow tomatoes at the farmers market :) I plan on doing 30 day shred tonight when I get home. I'm going to start over at day 1 on level 1. It's been too long since I've done it. It's going to hurt a little since my sunburn is still kind of sore but I need to start exercising (a lot). I did my manual bike yesterday for a while. Today I'm going to walk on the treadmill then do 30 day shred.

On a side note I've been so exhausted the last few days. I don't know if I'm getting sick or what but I am so tired. I haven't really done that much either. I'm going to work out anyway.

Yup - it has been hot! Or, you may want to increase your water and protein. Sometimes dehydration cause fatigue and generally not feeling well.

I didn't think of that. You know.... I haven't really been drinking that much water this weekend. Maybe that's what it is.
