NEW ALL TIME LOW!!
Doing things right. Eating the right foods, not working out obsessively. LIFE IS GOOD!
114.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1355 kcal Fat: 73.74g | Prot: 81.63g | Carb: 91.91g.   Breakfast: HIGH PROTEIN CHOCOLATE SHAKE, BARLEAN'S FRESH CATCH FISH OIL. Lunch: Atkins Endulge Chocolate Coconut Bar, Peaches, refried beans fat free, low carb tortilla mission, knudsen sour cream. Dinner: Extra Light Olive Oil, spinach, havarti, boca grilled. Snacks/Other: mission low carb, banana, Endulge Nutty Fudge Brownie Bar. more...
