There should be a "not at all" on the "How closely followed" drop down. My life has spiraled completely out of control. Buying and selling a home is absolute craziness!! I can't wait to settle in the new place May 1st and get back to my life. I'm extremely happy with the way everything turned out, we sold pretty fast and found out dream home, but I wish I had more control on things. I don't get to record my food anymore, by the time I get to bed it's after 11pm and I'm exhausted. We're half packed and we have to leave for a showing or an inspection or this or that. Most days I forget to eat and when my family gets something its always carby. I do the best I can not to eat the carbs, but last night for dinner I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich :-( I'm Catholic and it being Good Friday - no meat (I know, I know, not required since I'm diabetic, but I'm old and as long as I live I will never eat meat Good Friday. We always ate 1 small meal). I'm cooking good Keto things for Easter dinner and I've already made some cheese cake for dessert and chocolate fat bombs so I won't indulge in the good Easter candy. At least I can control that. :-) Off to take my dog to the dog park for Easter bunny pics!! That should complete chaos that is my life.

Hang tough Mae! You are doing great! You might want to get some eggs in to eat scrambled eggs or cheese or something like that. And I always keep cans of refried beans in the pantry that I can microwave with a bit of cheese and water and add a few spices or put in a low carb wrap with some salad? That makes a quick and easy meal for on the go. Good luck to you and Blessings to you this Easter! 🙋🏻
