Yes, all of the added weight is pretty tough on a person's muscular/skeletal system. I am impressed that you were able to lose that weight. It is an inspiration for me as I try to reach my goals. I started out setting small goals for myself and I am incrementally trying to get to the next level.This is the first diet that I have ever been on in my life. After I had cancer three times, I got depressed and started to gain weight. Two surgeries and one round of radiation therapy and chemotherapy later I am still hanging around. Congratulations to you and thanks for your story
