New lower weight than previously recorded.....lost 2 pounds more! For people out there who lose slowly, just hang in there. As I said before, my weight stays the same for weeks on end, and then I drop a significant number- 3 pounds total this time.
152.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 February 2008:
1227 kcal Fat: 41.08g | Prot: 107.39g | Carb: 107.05g.   Breakfast: Greek salad dressing, Tehina 2 oz of 8 oz container, spanish style eggplant, cheese shredded fat free 1/4 cup, egg beaters. Lunch: nuts. Dinner: chick peas, cabbage, chicken , cheese shredded fat free 1/4 cup, avacado, salsa, sour cream, spanish style eggplant. more...

Awesome susieq! you have it right, sometimes those "stalls" are just a build up to a big loss! you were sticking to the plan, you didn't get discouraged and now its reward time!! Yeah for you!

That is reassuring. I tend to do that too, stall and then lose, stall and loose. I does give me hope. Great job! :)
