Well, I spent the last 9 days with my in laws. They definitely don't do Keto, but I made a few meals and desserts for everyone to try - hence allowing me to stay at 223. I gotta say I did have way more carbs then usual, but I did my best to balance that out with other meal choices and more walking. I'm really glad it worked!!
