i ended up having to break the diet for dinner because my mom dumped a bunch of leftovers on us that had to be eaten. Well, those are gone now, so I can now get back to it. at least it was a small gain, not a huge one, but I have to be at least 137.6 by Wednesday for the last fitting/bustle lesson appointment for my wedding dress with my mother on Wednesday. But even then that's only a 0.6lb weight loss to get there in 3-4 days, so I think i'll be ok.
138.4 lb Lost so far: 69.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
