Up at 7:30 to get ready to go to TOPS. Gained 2 pounds.need to exercise more and cut out eating in the evening. The TOPS group made a challenge to everyone to stop eating after supper. Went home after meeting. Spoke to Angie. Will call Eloise later. Went out to spa to exercise before supper and the we had a severe weather warning and are ally bad thunderstorm with heavy rain and crazy winds....knocked out cable, phone and Internet.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
