I've been sick. Too tired/lazy to argue with the staff about food. Today, for instance they had fish on the menu but before they got to our table they had run out. I stayed home and Ern was to bring it to me after he ate. He got home with their version of soft tacos. Not the best thing for a carb controlled diet for a sick person. This is not the first time they have run out on a menu item. The chef's excuse, "He needs to keep within a perimeter with the home office." If I told you what we pay to live here, I'm sure you would gasp. My thought is (excuse the language), "Screw the home office, the 'paying' residents'/clients' needs should come first." Anyway, it's hard enough to eat healthily here, but to ask someone to deliver from the dining room limits one even further.
