Slept well. Up at 7:30 to get ready to go to TOPS. Lost a half a pound and under 200. Then went to bilo and to Paxvill to get my hair cut and then home. Will talk to Angie and Eloise later.
199.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 44.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
