What a happy weigh-in! I tried really hard this week and it shows. We only ate out one time and I think that made a big difference because I generally try to cook healthy things. Today will be a fasting day so I'll eat my usual veggies and Atkins drink for lunch and fruit for a break at work. Dinner will be whatever I can think of once I get home.

I am a bit worried this morning though. We found a big lump on Mister Clay Matthews (my doggie) neck yesterday. He seems to be fine but I need to get him into the vet to see what it is. I didn't sleep well because all I could think of was him. I'll be praying everything goes well.

Stay strong everyone and remember to love you the way you are. There's only one you and you are worth it!

Mr Clay Looks to have a bit of terrier in him. I’ve had terriers over the years and they are prone to fat tumors. Usually nothing to worry about, but your vet should check it out. Hope the little guy is ok. God can’t be everywhere, so he sent us Dog.

Ginger, Mister is a Maltese/Shih Tzu/Bichon mix. Back in Wisconsin he would be called a Teddy Bear breed. I hope it is only a fat tumor. We have an appointment this afternoon. My hubby and I have decided it's the mumps.

I madly love my pets - Bengal cats - and lose my mind when they are sick. Hope Mister is fine!

I love animals so very much and yours looks so adorable when I read your post.. I drop to my knees and prayed that your fur-baby will be just fine...I worry about my fur-baby to it just breaks my heart when they are not feeling well. Please inform us of you little sweetie when you find out...ty;)

Update on Mister Clay Matthews: The vet seems to think one his glands is plugged. He is now on steroids and antibiotics. We need to keep an eye on the lump and if it doesn't go away, they will have to do more testing. Overall I think it's good news. Thanks for your kind words.

Happy for your good news!! Praying it stays good news. Beautiful baby. His personality seems to shine through in your picture! I love all creatures (spiders not so much), dogs have a special place in my heart.
