Just finished the Whole30 yesterday.

.. What? 30 days if no dairy, grains, sugar, or legumes and I *gained*??

I know my composition has changed. So have my focus, moods, cravings, and satiety signals. Ok. Not gonna lose site of those awesome perks.

Going in for round 2. Any suggestions to maximize fat loss? Calorie count at the same time? Limit fruit? Cut red/dark meat? Lemme know guys.
189.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

You’ve got to watch your calories too. There are plenty of people who eat healthy and are still fat 👀👀
