Angelia's keto journey Take 2 🎬🎟📽

Well my official start back day was yesterday and I did well. Glad there's not too much damage done. I am back on track with my mindset and my "want" to lose weight.

Question For my lady fellow ketoers: So I didn't experience shark week in January. Has anyone else had this happen since starting keto? I still experienced the symptoms(which explains my major derailing last week and this week) and my inability to refuse chocolate and my insatiable appetite that wouldn't die. But just wondering if the new diet had anything to do with that since it's the only thing that has changed. My days are always a little jacked but it always comes. NO I am not prego!!! Lol
201.8 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm surprised you didn't get some comments. I haven't a period in years so I'm no help. But, if it continues to be a problem ask it again. Good luck.

I've read that it was a possible symptom, but everything was on time for me this month.

It could be depending on your caloric intake, if your body thinks you starving it will hold on to protect.

Thanks for the input ladies. It finally got here yesterday and it was well over a week late. Closer to 2 weeks.

I'm just coming off of the pill. it made me gain weight and not have a period even though I was supposed to. Still cramped but never had the "visit." I know if there is weight loss or gain, it can make you miss some. Especially if it is rapid.

my experience has been that once I get into ketosis and stay there .... the whole monthlies become not so erratic. Less cramping, shorter cycles, lighter flow. I think it has to do with the balancing of the hormones - starting with insulin...... everything else just seems to line up like little duckies.
