Been following my WOE, but not really loosing anything. Apparently after a large drop you have to re-evaluate your macros. Calories and proteins are different at this weight. Now that I know and will adjust, hopefully I'll start loosing again. Very frustrating.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I read in your profile you are diabetic. Are you able to do intermittent fasting? That really helps me. I don't eat after 2-3pm. I know the less you weigh you have to take in less calories to lose weight. I may maintain at 1400 calories but to lose after losing 40 pounds I need less calories to maintain and even less if I want to lose. You'll figure it out, you've done so well and seem extremely motivated!

I've started doing that slowly, don't know how the drop in sugars would effect me by not eating - so far I can skip lunch without any issues, so I've been trying to do that.
