YAY...the number on the scale is going down.Aiming for a 3kg loss a month so pretty happy about that drop
Sooooooo yesterday after an hour or so of watching "motivational" weight loss/meal prep youtube videos...I felt super inspired & high on "motivation.next thing I signed up for StepBet...don't know what I was thinking but here goes nothing.
Wish me luck...
237.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
