Okay I know I'm not supposed to do it daily but this was a check point. I broke 160. my progress has slowed this month but on top of being sick for 3 days, I had finals, and the stress of the holidays. those are excuses :P but within reason.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Sometimes you can't worry about counting cal's when you have alot going on sense how your body feels and when you just start to feel hungry feed yourself....don't wait until your starving because the body will start storing large portions of it to fat.Speaking of I should eat something now.
