Slept well. Up at 7:30 to get ready to go to TOPS. Gained 1/2 pound. Ran errands after meeting. Went to aldi's, Walmart, safe, bilo and little Caesars. Dreary rainy day just cold enough to make you ache all over. Went out to spa after supper to exercise. Will speak to Angie and Eloise later.
