Eggplant slices fried light in coconut oil + cheese and a soft egg on top make for a tasty sandwich on Mahlers flax bread. 4 net carbs / slice ohh yeah
210.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
