Didn/t lose a whole pound today but I couldn't sleep last night so I took my sleeping pills. 3 hours later still tossing and turning and I was hungry so I got up and ate a chick saus and way to many pork rinds....so I think the salt puffed me up. My eyes are all puffy and I can't get my ring off. I'm just gonna drink extra water today and go swim at the gym.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
