Now that all the junk food is gone, it will be easier for me to stay on track. The stress levels are dropping and the motivation is coming back. I took my measurements and saw how many inches I have lost since last August. Real good motivation to get back on track :-)
Also I have found that I like the rowing machine at the gym, it's fun!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
