I've dieted in the past and lost huge amounts of weight, then gained it back because I switched back to "normal" food. This time I'm taking it slow, eating "normal" food and paying attention to my macros and calories. Hopefully this time it works.
260.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 80.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
