Life happens...and sadly,eating & exercising went out the window the past few months.Glad to be back on FatSecret...feel a bit more in control.no time for a pity party -I know exactly why I gained.lol, now time to follow my own advice and take it a day at a time,do the work and have faith the numbers will go down
