I hesitate to record the weight loss today, this experience has been a dream and each day gets better. Each time the scale goes down and I loose more weight I wonder when I will wake up. I have been on TONS of diets during my life and nothing has ever worked for me. I feel like enjoying it will jinx it. Yesterday, my Mom bought cinnamon rolls, I was jealous, I love them. Normally, that would trigger a binge. This time I came home, found a recipe and made my own - delicious buns. I was placated and no binge. I think that's the biggest thing for me, no matter what others have I can find a tasty Keto version to make. This is not a diet where I deprive myself, but a way of life to make choices and find alternatives. My sugars are 5.9 at the worst part of my life they were in the 9's. My blood pressure is normal, my energy level is up and in another 2 months I will be retired. I am feeling very blessed today.
240.1 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 60.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
