Well, it is as expected. Work was busy, life was busy, didn't "cheat" per say, but was off my macros a bunch this week. Now back to basics!! I want under the 241 next weekend!!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
