My official weight this morning is 111.1kg.
Yesterday's fast day went soooooo well until supper time! My mom made broad beans curry and roti and I couldn't resist! After having 5 rotis and a plate of broad beans I thought I'd see a gain this morning but I got a surprise drop :)
My 2nd 30 minute gym session was lovely but I am sore today so I'm going to get some whey protein today and start consuming creatine as well.
