Up at 6:30 to go to spa to exercise. TOPS meeting and gained 3 lbs this week. Eloise gained 2. Then went to iga and consignment shop.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
