blienkis?? iya diet mayo jdi cepat.. gak makan nasi sama sekali.. makan bistik ayam 250gr tiap buka puasa.. trs gk makan apapun smpe buka puasa, gk pernah sahur aq.. ngemil kurma sm buah aq..

sariadimas.. udah dopping herbalife mas.. jdi gak mgkin drop.. cos kerjaq jg full 12jam setiap hari.. krg vitamin saranq.. biar gk smpe drop..
