had a good evening with aidan and willow and katie and sonja went to katies thursday i had done fairly well but as sometimes happpens i got started and was on my way...ate5 slices of meat loaf instead of the planned three and then pigged out on pound cake---with whip cream and strawbweeries---i just couldnt stop---i am hooked on sugar no matter what i think...i get obsessed with it---once i start i cant stop--- its not good for me---i have no power over sugar and my life is unamagemabl3---no matter what trick i try or think about when it comes to sugar or roasted peanutws i cant stop
