upped the h20 and walked for an hour last night. It was fun...walked to GAP band.

Same tonight..ahh GAP band...keeps up the heart rate.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
