making a good start into the weekend. a holiday weekend which will make me gain weight due to beer and food. gonna try to keep a lid on it. in memory of those who have served.
347.6 lb Lost so far: 25.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
