doing well after only a few days. always hungry for fried/fast foods. if I stay away from beer tonight. I will enjoy some wine tomorrow night. also, a birthday party will be my "cheat meal" for the week so I don't go crazy. as long as I can keep up the consistency I will be fine.
still looking to cut more fat out of my diet. I won't do egg whites or vegetables. I was thinking maybe adding some fruits. but most are high in sugar.
going golfing after a visit to the foot Dr. using a cart. when my feet are better I'll go back to walking at least 9.
