got bloodwork labs on Monday. my triglycerides were extremely high. 955. they say my blood is like oil. for the past month I've been eating awful with tons of sugar, carbs, alcohol, and animal fats. so my diet consists of eggs in the morning, a cliff bar for a snack. lunch has been chicken strips and I haven't grilled any chicken. for dinner I've ate half a rotisserie chicken. got exercise last night mowing yard. I'll be down 10 lbs in a week. but the consistency is the hard part. have stayed away from alcohol, coke, bread, and even milk. weight doesn't bother me, but the triglycerides last year were in high range 355, this year nearly tripled. close to same weight. I've got to help my blood.
