day 3 diet mayo.. udah cepat turunnya mungkin lemaknya belum kental jd sehari bs turun 1kg.. efek 15hari udah diet.. sekarang pingin makan nasi sm bayam n tempe goreng
154.3 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
