Do Be Me's Journal, 02 May 2017

Started the Atkins, low-carb, Keto, or what ever people want to call low carb. Started this April 1, 2017. Didn't do journal yesterday. Starting it today which is the second. I did not eat breakfast. First thing I ate was one ounce of cheese at 11 o'clock so I would not get hungry glass of water at 12:30 still hungry. At 3 PM I have 2 tablespoons of cream for a snack, sweetened with Splenda, cinnamon, and vanilla. The greatest candy bar person can eat. Followed 30 minutes later with another ounce of cheddar cheese and I'm not hungry. Also I have not had the burning in my stomach that I have been having. Limited fat just does not agree with me.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
