first entry in quite some time as I have again escalated in weight. never thought I'd ever be this heavy, but I have the frame to hold it. I guess I was more active as a younger man, or metabolism is getting to me. i don't eat the good green veggies. simply a meat and potatoes guy. so I take a men's vitamin once a day. my approach is to try and go low carb, but also low salt(tough with processed or say ham), and allow for a spoilage of beer or coca cola on the weekend, but only one meal. when I first has this app I was 350, never thought id be over 340. I hit 373 awhile back and went down to 349, using 10lb goal increments. last week I was in the 355 area, but gained after a good beer drinking Saturday. 3 years ago I did red ember, loves park il. and went down to 319. I felt more mobile, little more energy. I feel their program was just me sticking to a diet regiment with added flair of taking a shot of their hormone/etc.
I feel if I manage to not over indulge in cola, beer, bread, pizza, and salt. I can get back to losing more weight. ultimately I have to do this for my health. I have high blood pressure, I'd hate to get something else.
