Last week I took off 2 days and all I did is pack, pack, and do more packing. We ate lots of fast food because we were completely exhausted each night. While I did try to stay on plan, I was out of Keto almost every day. I have one more weekend of this madness and then I'll be able to focus on myself again. Because I had no chance to make my breads, like I usually do, I bit the bullet and ordered some on line. Hopefully this will be a better week.
254.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
