So far so good...herbalife seems to be okay - no side effects.Keeping at between 1200-1500 calories a day. Invested in a FitBit so making sure I clock 10000 steps daily and next week will add in an exercise video . Now for the real challenge...surviving the first weekend...and I'm already craving baaaaaad stuff:-(
216.3 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
