It has taken 3 weeks but today's 2 scale readings brought tears to my eyes.
Thank GOD for that.
I believe it has to do with fasting from red meat for lent and drinking more protein shakes!!!
235.0 lb Lost so far: 96.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

Great job!!!!! I've been hitting a wall lately too and it was a lack of protein. We'll figure this out and keep going. :-)
