i started yesterday with this weight. i want changes in my life, and i know it all starts by loving myself. i WILL lose the weight. I blame myself for eating doritos at Hamza yesterday. will make sure I dont repeat it. for tonight I'm working at NF and will eat some fruits and eat a sandwich after midnight. WILL check my weight next Tuesday when I'm done with nights
218.3 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
