I am happy, down 1 more pound in less than 1 week while on a visit to relatives who celebrate my arrival by ordering in fattening food and noshes. I am sticking to my guns.....I hope the scale is correct since it is not mine. I'm really connected to this diet, or food program. I don't even think of it as a diet.

My lil grandsons are visiting their dad's this weekend, my first weekend here, but will return tomorrow and the Nanny has 2 days off; I will be Nanny for Mon. and Tues. I hope I don't eat over it....lots of rules for me to follow with kids while daughter at work. Boys, 5 & 3 = A D O R A B L E.....H A N D S O M E .....

158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay well done Susie!!! Thats excellent, it seems like it is really starting to work for you. Play games with the grandkids, keep active etc, they are going to wear you out!
