Slept well, up at 7:30am. Left for TOPS. Gained 3 lbs. not surprised as have not gone to Y and having a weeks worth of antibiotics in body. Stoped at bank,aldi's, Bilo, McDonald's and chines and pizza.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
