The scale just keeps going down, down, down. I think it's safe to say I shattered that 20 pound barrier I could never get past before. My goals remain front and center each day, feeling good!

Oh and I've lost the equivalent of 16 blue crabs!
237.6 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 63.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
