Well, down a little. Hard week at work, so didn't exercise as much as I should have, but I'll take it! Going back on the dreaded bike and maybe a little swimming tomorrow. Got my menu planned for "the big game" lol. Buffalo chicken meatballs, parmesan green beans, LC cheese puffs and keto friendly mini chocolate donuts!! I've gotten some actual carby stuff for friends, don't want to force them to eat like me, but I will touch none of that stuff! :-)
263.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a good football meal. I'll be having homemade pizza so I can have better options to add. I must watch the cheese though. That's my weakness!
