I missed weighing in yesterday morning, but was pleasantly surprised to see some of the water weight coming off today. Holding steady with low carb, plenty of veggies, and light / moderate exercise thru walking/hill climbing on the treadmill, etc.

Plan now is to rinse and repeat. We shall see...
147.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week

isnt it odd how waterr weight can play such a big part of weight when the scales are involved...i to knew that in time that little blue dot would be headed back down...
